Financial Regulatory Reporting - Finance - Graduate Programme

The Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) team is based in London and Poland and supported by teams in India and Singapore. The team is responsible for the Bank's Capital and Liquidity regulatory returns and disclosures. They also play a key support and liaison role for global functions (such as Risk, Compliance and Treasury), Investor Relations and are a key contact for the Bank of England. They’re a centre of subject matter expertise in solvency and liquidity regulations for the business, change functions, financial planning and analytics - advising senior management and supporting external stakeholders.

About the Graduate Programme

Develop an understanding of Standard Chartered’s businesses and products and how they impact regulatory capital metrics, reporting and associated controls
Understand systems and processes used to generate regulatory capital metrics, as well as digital and data science skill sets to improve data management and analysis
Define and drive process improvements and process reengineering activities
Provide data analytics, risk information and explains to Senior Management and Treasury on a regular and ad-hoc basis for effective liquidity risk management and decision making
Influence change in Bank initiatives in relation to the control strategy for the production and delivery of liquidity regulatory metric

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication (from B2 level)
- Good analytical, communication skills
