Use STAR(E) model when answering questions, prepare concrete examples. Be concrete and concise. Focus on showing ownership, dedication, initiative, self-reliance, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, project management skills, organization skills, collaborative approach, ambition, and dealing with ambiguity.
